Any learner enrolled in a cohort during the subscription year. Instructors and administrators are always free.
Is the price per institution or per course?
Per institution. Your total student count across every course sets the tier, so adding courses lowers the price for all of them.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. Most institutions begin with one course on the Starter plan and move up as more instructors join.
What happens to our cases if we leave?
They remain yours. You can export or delete them at any time, and we never keep or reuse them.
